How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information:

ACCESS TO SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND DATA PORTABILITY RIGHTS
You can request that Dangerfield disclose the following information about the past 12 months:

  1. Categories of personal information collected about you.
  2. Sources of the collected personal information.
  3. Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
  4. Third parties with whom we share personal information.
  5. Specific pieces of personal information collected (data portability request).
  6. If applicable, details of personal information sold or disclosed for a business purpose.

NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. This means we will not:

  1. Deny you goods or services.
  2. Charge different prices or rates, including discounts or penalties.
  3. Provide a different level or quality of goods or services.
  4. Suggest different prices, rates, or levels of goods or services.

EXERCISING ACCESS, DATA PORTABILITY, AND DELETION RIGHTS

To exercise these rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing support@dangerfield.com.au & letting us know whether you want access to personal information that has been collected or shared, or want to request that personal information be deleted

 You can update your account information on the My Account page. Requests may take up to 45 days to process.

Only you or an authorized person registered with the California Secretary of State can make a verifiable request related to your personal information. You may also make requests on behalf of your minor child.

You can make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
