We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead from the front, drive performance, and build a strong, engaged team. This role is about owning your store, creating an environment that feels energetic, expressive, and true to the brand, while delivering results.
What you’ll be doing
Lead, coach, and develop your team to perform at their best
Set the tone in-store, driving energy, service, and presentation standards
Represent the brand authentically and inspire customers through style and product knowledge
Create a store experience that keeps customers coming back
Build strong relationships and grow a loyal base of regular customers
Own store performance, driving sales, hitting targets, and identifying opportunities for growth
Maintain a store environment that’s sharp, engaging, and unmistakably Dangerfield
