Knox- Dangerfield Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can support the Store Manager, lead from the floor, and help drive a high-energy, expressive retail environment. This role is about more than operations , it’s about bringing the brand to life, building a strong team, and creating a space where customers feel confident to own their style.

• Support and empower the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and develop the team
• Lead by example, setting the standard for service, styling, and store presentation
• Represent the brand authentically and inspire customers through your personal style and product knowledge
• Create an engaging in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
• Build strong relationships and turn customers into loyal regulars
• Drive results, support in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall store performance
• Keep the store visually sharp, expressive, and true to the Dangerfield vibe
