Tasks:

• Visit our stores incognito and evaluate the overall customer experience
• Have fun while shopping, trying on clothes and accessories, and exploring new styles
• Complete a survey and share feedback on your experience
• Give authentic and constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Passionate about our brands and shopping 
• Reliable with attention to detail and observational skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open-minded and objective with a willingness to engage

QLD - Riverlink Shopping Centre, Morayfield Shopping Centre, North Ipswich, Westfield Shopping Centre North Lakes, Grand Central Shopping Centre Toowoomba City, Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore & Robina Town Centre.  

NSW - Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Westfield Tuggerah, Westfield Kotara & Charlestown Square, Westfield Penrith.

VIC - Westfield Geelong, Bendigo Marketplace, Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre.

SA - Elizabeth City Centre, Tea Tree Plaza.

WA - ALL LOCATIONS  -Perth

TAS - ALL LOCATIONS -Hobart

NZ- Tauranga Crossing & Westfield Albany
