Studio Assistant

We are on the lookout for a highly organised and enthusiastic Studio Assistant to join our Photography Studio team! This is a full-time, office-based position located at our head office in Abbotsford. In this dynamic, detail-driven role, you will support the end-to-end production of high-quality imagery for our e-commerce platforms and ensure seamless studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain all product imagery for online platforms.

• Coordinate editing tasks with our offshore team and track their progress.

• Maintain an organised image archive with accurate file naming conventions.

• Conduct quality checks on all imagery and ensure readiness for marketing approvals.

• Liaise with Design and Marketing to ensure seasonal product coverage is captured.

• Upload product imagery that is in line with scheduled product drops.

• Maintain website imagery using Shopify, including product tags and descriptions.

• Support photoshoot operations, including garment preparation, model styling, on-set coordination, and general shoot logistics

• Support the studio organisation and cleanliness.

• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• An understanding of file management and image workflows.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience in Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus.
