Mystery Shoppers

Tasks:

• Visit our stores incognito and evaluate the overall customer experience
• Have fun while shopping, trying on clothes and accessories, and exploring new styles
• Complete a survey and share feedback on your experience
• Give authentic and constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Passionate about our brands and shopping 
• Reliable with attention to detail and observational skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open-minded and objective with a willingness to engage 

We are currently recruiting Mystery Shoppers that are available for the following locations only:

QLD - ALL LOCATIONS

NSW - Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Westfield Tuggerah, Westfield Kotara & Charlestown Square.

VIC - Westfield Geelong, Bendigo Marketplace, Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre.

SA - ALL LOCATIONS -Adelaide

WA - ALL LOCATIONS  -Perth

TAS - ALL LOCATIONS  -Hobart

NZ- ALL LOCATIONS - Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga Crossing
