Princess Highway is on the hunt for our next superstar cluster manager!

Embark on a dynamic role where you'll not only manage but also lead and support your direct store team and a network of up to four iconic locations. Your main mission? To soar beyond expectations, achieving budgeted Sales Profit, Wages, and Stock take results through the artful blend of effective people management, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.

About Princess Highway:  Princess Highway is Melbourne’s most popular vintage-inspired label, known for its unique style and easy glamour. We lovingly create vintage-inspired prints and timeless styles, drawing inspiration from 60’s mod, 70’s glamour, and 90’s grunge, combining these elements with today’s fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Performance Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance the performance of multiple stores by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability while minimizing shrinkage.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a positive role model for the sales team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a link between retail stores and our head office team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Work within stores at a shop level, completing at least one full day in each designated store for a complete shift.
  • Full-Time Commitment: Employed as full-time staff members, Cluster Managers are expected to work no less than 38 hours per week.

  1. Sales: Manage costs, set sales goals, communicate performance, identify customer trends, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
  2. Presentation: Ensure brand standards via visual merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional displays, while cultivating a strong brand identity through personal presentation.
  3. Operations: Coordinate inventory, security, and administration with Store Managers to optimize stock levels, uphold security standards, and ensure efficient store operations.
  4. Team:  Ensure sales team competency through training and development, and maintain effective communication with both the sales team and Head Office.
