Online Sourcing Assistant

Established in 1986, Factory X is a leading Australian fashion retailer with a diverse range of iconic brands, including Gorman, Dangerfield, Princess Highway and Black Friday. Our brands are designed to encourage expression and can be found in-store and online across Australia and New Zealand.

The opportunity has arisen for a full-time member of staff to join our team at our head office in Abbotsford with the responsibility for managing and processing online orders and further developing this growing area of the business.

Responsibilities include

• Managing orders and preparing goods for sale and dispatch.
• Provide information, advice, and assistance to customers regarding tracking order statuses.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods sold and help motivate our warehouse pick-packers.
• Accurately recording sales data and processing it
• Assist the Customer Service team in sourcing stock for sale during promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
